Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and how we look after it.

This policy explains how we handle your information, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you send a WhatsApp message, we receive your contact information and the contents of your message. Keep the first message to the accident date, location, whether anyone was injured (yes/no), a short general summary and police or insurance report status. Do not send documents, identity details, medical history or other private supporting information to this publisher.

When you browse the site, analytics is not enabled yet; see Analytics and cookies below.

Why we collect it

We use your enquiry details to understand and respond to your request for contact about possible legal representation.

If analytics is enabled, we will use it only to see which content is useful and where readers get stuck. We do not build advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

Do not assume a first message goes directly to a lawyer. If a suitable independent lawyer is available and you consent, you can request contact. The lawyer must separately confirm whether they can accept the matter.

Keep documents and sensitive details private. Only after an identified independent lawyer contacts you and specifically asks for them should you agree an appropriate sharing method and provide them directly to that lawyer.

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.

Analytics and cookies

Analytics is not enabled yet. If we turn on analytics (Google Analytics 4), it records anonymous usage such as pages viewed and button clicks, and may set a cookie; we will update this page when it is enabled.

We do not run advertising networks or retargeting pixels. The site works whether or not you accept analytics.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it.

To make any of these requests, or to withdraw an enquiry, message us on WhatsApp and we will act on it.

Keeping your data safe

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you, and we take reasonable steps to protect them.

This policy may be updated as our practices or the law change, and the current version always lives on this page.
